ERROR: Failed building wheel for pycrypto

I can't install the requirements.txt because there is a problem with the sub process. I'm not sure what it is but it keeps saying "ERROR: Could not build wheels for pycrypto, which is required to install pyproject.toml-based project" I'm not sure about what to do next or how to navigate this.

'pycrypto' will never build against Python 3.12 (assuming thats what you are using) because certain headers were removed. You can install 'pycryptodome' instead and remove 'pycrypto' from your requirements.txt and try again
