SOQLDatatable Flow Action: Ability to override flow label in screen header

SOQLDatatable Flow Actions which open screens will automatically display the flow label as the title/header in the modal. This differs from Quick Action flows which use each Screen's label as the header. It would be useful to have the ability to tell Flow Actions to use the screen labels instead of the flow label (which is usually written using naming conventions to help the admin find it in the list of flows). Alternatively, but less preferred, would be the ability to set an override label to use instead of the flow label in the Datatable Action Config record.
