Can't save output file

I have a error that say

finish, use 43.271 second, RealeSR-general-v3

This error occurred in version 1.10.0 .
I don't know why the magick file doesn't exist, different model different problem.

I need RealSR-general-v3 model.

try reset cache and it will show what file in cache folder. check whether there has the magick.
