Support for Intel Mac dropped in [cab452d]

Hi team,

I noticed that support for Intel Macs was dropped in this commit.

Was there a particular reason for this decision?
I’m currently using an Intel Mac and was hoping to be able to use go-libsql as well. If there's any workaround or plan to bring it back, that would be great to know.

@trknhr We automated the flow and there are no Intel mac builders anymore available, except for enterprise which is why we unfortunately had to drop it.

In that case, I think it would be helpful to remove darwin amd64 from the supported platforms list in README.md to avoid confusion for other Intel Mac users. Would you like me to open a PR for that?
