Two clusters appearing for one

Describe the bug
I have one cluster. In lxdMosaic it shows as two: Cluster 0 and Cluster 1. The cluster lists have the same hosts in them. When I twist open a host it may open untwist in that cluster or the other one.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install snap on Ubuntu 22.04 container
2. Go to web page and do basic configuration by adding one server from cluster using trust password
3. Login first time
4. Dashboard shows 2 clusters.

Expected behavior
One cluster shown

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: macOS
• Browser: Safari and Firefox act the same
• Version: 17.0 and 115.02
