Request to sync shared mailboxes

Currently, Twenty CRM supports connecting individual user mailboxes through OAuth and IMAP integration. However, many organizations use shared mailboxes (e.g., [email protected], [email protected]) for collaborative email handling.

It would be very useful if Twenty CRM could synchronize shared mailboxes so that:

• Incoming and outgoing emails from shared mailboxes appear in the CRM’s email timeline

• Team members can reply or assign emails collaboratively

• Permissions and visibility respect the shared mailbox configuration

This would greatly improve collaboration for sales, support, or operations teams using shared email addresses for external communication.
