Currently, Twenty CRM supports connecting individual user mailboxes through OAuth and IMAP integration. However, many organizations use shared mailboxes (e.g., [email protected], [email protected]) for collaborative email handling.
It would be very useful if Twenty CRM could synchronize shared mailboxes so that:
Incoming and outgoing emails from shared mailboxes appear in the CRM’s email timeline
Team members can reply or assign emails collaboratively
Permissions and visibility respect the shared mailbox configuration
This would greatly improve collaboration for sales, support, or operations teams using shared email addresses for external communication.
