Custome-Webpack app is not working on IE11

Hi

I am trying to run custome-webpack hybrid app, It is working fine on chrome but when I am trying to launch in IE11 it gives in syntax error.
I have tried with the polyfills but nothing worked for me.
Can you please take a look and please let me know if angular-hybrid won't work in IE11.
