Compatibility with jdoiro3/mkdocs-multirepo-plugin #331

Multirepo plugin is very useful for writing documentation for several modules by different teams
I've looked into plugins code and made some changes for multirepo support. Unfortunately I have zero experience in MkDocs and its plugins, so I was able to make it work only with suffix structure. It probably looks not good) It was only one evening of digging into plugins.
If you have time to look at suggested changes, I'd love to head your thoughts on it. I'm open to make it a full normal PR but ill need some help)
