V15.4: Backoffice - BlockList dynamic title not resolved in clipboard

Bug summary

When copying a block from a BlockList that has a "dynamic" title, it's not resolved in the clipboard.

Specifics

A block with a dynamic title template using UFM:

When copied to the clipboard:

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a block list data type
2. Choose a block and set a "dynamic title" using UFM.
3. Use the block list on a page and copy the block
4. Open the clipboard

Expected result / actual result

The title should resolve the UFM and show the correct title.
