Add the ability to specify a version range in the JSON file

We ask people for some simple details at the moment but it would be great if people could search by version in the samples section.

How would a version range notation look? NuGet-style, NPM-style, other?
And then.. how would we make a version range selector for the form we want to make: https://github.com/umbraco/Umbraco.Community.Site/discussions/6
