Node name in parentheses in partial restore

When doing a partial restore, I wonder why the name node are in parentheses?

On Development content looks like this, but doesn't vary by culture although it has two languages:

Furthermore it seems it requires two clicks switch to live in dropdown, it shows same content nodes. However on live environment there are no content nodes.

Finally I think on environment select the dropdown should close (unless if dropdown was a multi select).

It reminds me of this #155 (comment) that I think the tree nodes should reflect it state (e.g. unpublished, collection, protected etc.).
It may be easier/simpler to handle using the new flags provider I guess.
