Bug summary

Umbraco Cloud inconsistency for Redirects between environments
If I create a new page on staging called Test 01, then rename it to Test 02, then deploy I will only see Test 02 on Live.
This may seem reasonable but often a link has gone out with a typo before a page has been deployed to live.
Also if a page is unpublished on live, renamed on staging the unpublished url will disappear from live on deploy.

Steps to reproduce

Create a new page on staging called Test 01, then rename it to Test 02, then deploy you will only see Test 02 on Live.
The redirect will have gone.
If you unpublish the page on live then rename it on Staging and deploy the page will get the new name and url but the current one will no longer be a redirect on live.

Expected result / actual result

Live should always mirror the redirects on Staging

Thanks @AndyButland and my apologies I went to deploy initially but could not see 'issues' and wondered if it was the old 'deploy'
