CSS Selector for a <a href> has me stuck.. #1162

I'm having some trouble extracting links from a table on this website. I've tried using various CCS Selectors / XPath expressions, but none of them seem to be working. I am able to get the text "Download" for example but not the url / relative url. Here's an example of the HTML structure: ...
And here is my And this is my python dictionary... However, when I run my scraper, i am unable to get either of the two url's on the page, although I can get other fields ok. Am I missing something obvious? |
