After upgrading to 0.25.1, I can no longer comment on others' memos

### Describe the bug

Unless the memo already had comments, the comment icon is now invisible. Please note that some people like me are using Memos because of its social functions. Thank you.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Explore.
2. There's no comment icon.
