Add name to "About" window

Tasks:

1. Fork the minotaur-cpp repository
2. Create a local clone of the repository
3. Get the Minotaur software running
4. In Minotaur, there is an "About" tab. Add your name to the list of contributors there
5. Open a pull request with your changes
6. Congrats, you've just made your first contribution!
