v2ctl 没被安装 #288
Description
安装环境是ubuntu 18.04, 使用脚本安装没有做任何自定义修改。
安装过程如下： （.sh脚本事先通过本地下载然后SFTP上传到linux机器内的）

安装成功，但是installed部分并没有文档中的 /usr/local/bin/v2ctl？
