A couple of new configuration properties have been added (or will be added) to the KIT in SerializationProperties.
They should be added to the documentation

• optimisticDelay
• deserializationLockTimeout
• ...

Also document that for custom HazelcastInstance beans, the shutdown hook needs to be disabled to properly work with Kubernets Kit (hazelcast.shutdownhook.enabled=false); details in #236
