Feature request: More options to configure the submissions list view

In a project with a high volume and traffic of submissions, our editors have asked if we better can customise how submissions are listed under /admin/workflow?source=*.

There are especially two enhancements that would be helpful:

1. Option to set default status
   The use case is that out editors mostly want to see submissions that are pending. With hundreds or thousands of submissions, the typical workflow is to first check new pending submissions. Though it is possible to manually filter the submissions with the regular status dropdown, this can become a repetitive and tedious action.

The feature could work either as a plugin setting ("Set default view to [status]", eg pending: /admin/workflow?source=*&status=pending) or it would be solved if submission status is added as a possible criteria when setting up a custom source:

2. Option to list / filter by entry type
   In our use case we have workflow submission enabled for 3 different entry types, and it would be super helpful for the editorial team if we could filter by entry type in the list view, or set up distinct lists of submissions by related entry type. As above, this would be a solved by if the entry type of the "submission entry" was a possible criteria options when creating a custom source.
