Minimal Hash Function has generated duplicate keys

I use c++ and the phf struct, in my program, I use phf multiple times to generate minimal functions for different arrays.
However, there exist duplicate keys in the generated functions.

I can ensure the array is unique.

What's the problem?

Difficult to say without more context. Were you using std::string?
