createStudyTable() and createTaxonTable() update column names

Currently there are some column names that could be better. Off the top of my head in createStudyTable:

Study code -> Study Identifier
MaxCases -> Cases
MaxControls -> Controls
N_signatures -> Number of Signatures

And in createTaxonTable:

total_signatures -> Total Signatures
increased_signatures -> Increased Signatures
decreased_signatures -> Decreased Signatures

Open to suggestions on how to improve as well.

createStudyTable also gives a warning: "createTaxonTable
Expected 7 pieces. Additional pieces discarded in 8 rows
[1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10]."

It looks like it's discarding these columns when creating the taxon table. Just discard them prior to making the table to prevent the warning from occurring.
