Refine health check view

Description

This issue defines some points that should be refined:

• Clarify the Index pattern selector is related to alerts
• Add manager reference to the API selector
• Enhance prompt error messages
  • Wording
  • Summarize messages
  • Add call to action to view error details
• Enhance alerts index pattern check reviewing the minimal fields that should have
• In the check details flyout, replace the Error text to Warning
• Remove Error column from the health check app
• Remove Grey, Critical and Non-critical filters
• Change filter of Enabled/Disabled to a switch. To be validated.
