How to link Wazuh with the Ganache

Wazuh and Ganache are very different tools, so there’s no direct way to connect them. Wazuh is for security monitoring, while Ganache is a local blockchain for development.

If what you need is to monitor logs or activity from the machine where Ganache is running, you could configure Wazuh to collect those logs. Could you tell me a bit more about what you’re trying to achieve?

I totally appreciate your comment but i want the logs that i have from the Wazuh to be stored in a hash format to ensure that the logs have not been altered or changed and please inform me how i do such that this thing

Now I understand better what you’re trying to do is make sure the logs collected by Wazuh can’t be altered, by storing them as hashes and anchoring them in Ganache.

A couple of things to have in mind:

• Wazuh already has a File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) feature that creates hashes of files and logs to check if they’ve been changed.
• There isn’t a built-in integration between Wazuh and Ganache, so to connect both you’d need some custom work.

One idea could be:

• Use Wazuh FIM to monitor the logs you care about.
• Create a small script that takes the hash generated by Wazuh and stores it on Ganache.
• You can run this script manually or even trigger it automatically from Wazuh with an Active Response.
