Wazuh dashboard: Perform tests on the automated processes that use the Allocator module in the main branch of wazuh-automation

Description

A backport of the Allocator module was performed from the 6.0.0 branch to the main branch.

The changes applied are:

• Deployment to both the xdrsiem-pre and wazuh-dev accounts
• Update to the test machine deployment workflow
• Deployment of machines using the os.yml file from S3 (centralized)

Implementation restrictions

• Test all automation that use allocator module from main branch
• Share evidence of the workflow running correctly
