Feature request: Require submission via plugin #2
Description
Generally, students can submit an assignment directly to Web-CAT with a JAR file through the web interface, or via a plugin in some IDE. I would like to be able to configure my assignment to dis-allow direct web interface submission, and require submission via plugin. (Ideally limited to my chosen plugin, meaning select the IDE, but if we at least limit submisison to "a plugin" that should be good enough).
