useContractRead not work in upgraded proxy smart contract

I have a proxy smart contract (https://goerli.etherscan.io/address/0x5dD8A21BA8053c4b2D29cb7b730c4ffb8fb623F3#readProxyContract)
deployed in goerli network. I add a new method called getCurrentStartPriceOneNFT in my upgraded smart contract, however I can't call this method successfully using useContractRead hook. But I can query this value through the etherscan.

This is how I call the method

    data: currentStartPrice,
    isError,
    isLoading,
  } = useContractRead({
    address: IP3_ADDRESS,
    abi: ip3Abi,
    functionName: 'getCurrentStartPriceOneNFT',
    args: [
       ['eth', '0xbc4ca0eda7647a8ab7c2061c2e118a18a936f13d', 1623],
    ],
    chainId: goerli.id,
  })

Could I know what I need to do for proxy smart contract to get the correct value? Thank you so much. I stuck here for a while

When I use useContract hook, it works! I am curious about why I can't use useContractRead
