Feature to treat all Address strings as lowercase?

I'd like to propose a feature to handle all Ethereum Address strings as lowercase by default.

• Motivation: Many blockchain data services like The Graph (Subgraphs) store addresses in lowercase format in their databases. This creates inconsistency when working with addresses returned from Wagmi, which preserve their original casing (i.e. useing checksum addresses).

• Proposal: Add an option (flag, formatter, .etc) to automatically convert all address strings to lowercase when returned from Wagmi hooks or functions
