Allow for different user roles #7
Description
Members should be able to have a role that's one of:
- Active (Current student / alumni, attended events recently)
- Inactive (Current student, hasn't attended events recently)
- Alumni (Someone who's graduated)
- Officer
This will also allow a little bit more fine-grained restriction on the admin
site, as Officers shouldn't necessarily be able to delete user records etc
