Support migration of Confluence metadata #343

Confluence offers the option to add metadata on pages through an app: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213690/metadata-for-confluence?tab=support&hosting=cloud
We currently do not support migrating this data and we shall extend the migrator's capability to migrate this type of data as well.
