Add a migrator for Metadata (for Confluence)

We are about to publish a Metadata Pro application. It has a migrator for migrating from the Metadata for Confluence plugin. We want this migrator to be in Confluence Migrator Pro. We think this plugin might be generalized to other metadata plugin for Confluence in the future.
