Unable Load ARM Quick Start Template

When I try to load a quick start template, nothing happens. I'm using IE11 on Windows 7. How can I troubleshoot this?

This is definitely an issue. Note quite sure how to handle yet. I may have to just show a warning that there is an IE11 incompatibility.
