Windows window buttons broken?

Not sure if that some windhawk/DWM mods issue, or Zen's but i have this issue with popup windows of Zen (extensions in popup windows and devtools):

Window buttons are not responding in right place, and window theming is off (note the transparency)

Used windows "mods":

DWMBlurGlass 2.3.2B1
ExplorerPatcher (removed round corners)

This is a known issue in recent Zen Browser versions on Windows—window buttons can be broken or misplaced, and theming (including transparency) may look off, especially in popup windows and devtools.
