Deleting a workspace in one window leaves the others in a strange state

What happened?

Deleted a workspace in window 1. Window 2 was still in that workspace. Opening new tabs in window 2 puts them in the primary workspace. Clicking to another workspace in window 2 leaves the processes running, but un-interactable. They still show as open in Task Manager.

Expected behavior

The workspace and its tabs are deleted on all windows. Processes are ended.

Actual behavior

The workspace is deleted, but all the tabs remain open. Processes are not ended.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have multiple windows open with multiple workspaces
2. Select the same workspace in both windows
3. Delete the workspace in window 1
4. Notice that the tabs are still open in window 2
5. Notice that opening a new tab in window 2 puts in a different workspace
6. Change workspaces in window 2
7. Notice that the processes don't end in the Task Manager
