Issue Description

This feature aims to redesign and improve how pipeline schedules are managed and surfaced across the product. Current schedules are difficult to discover, cannot be edited from the UI, and lose their associations when deleted. Additionally, users lack a central place to view schedule health, past runs, and their relationship to snapshots.

The proposed work introduces a proper Schedule entity, new UI views for managing and inspecting schedules, persistent references for runs, and clearer connections between schedules and snapshots. This will allow users—especially less technical ones—to reliably monitor, update, and understand their scheduled pipelines from the dashboard.
