Add support for RHEL 10

Though RHEL 10 has released for a while, it seems that its page still not exist

When will RHEL 10 series OS be supported?

temporary workaround is using RHEL 9 binary, however this could and probably will cause issues.

change /etc/yum.repos.d/zerotier.repo to have "baseurl=http://download.zerotier.com/redhat/el/9" instead of "baseurl=http://download.zerotier.com/redhat/el/$releasever"

then install zerotier-one: dnf install zerotier-one

then do systemctl enable --now zerotier-one

it's not good practice, and it would be better with a build for EL10.
