Formulation of Maxwell's Equations

Since Github does not support latex math equations in its markdown natively, all information about the mathematical formulation behind this code can be found in the notebooks directory (jupyter notebooks)

The essential starting point is Maxwell's equations in the frequency domain (which means we assume each field depends on some spatially dependent function and a time dependent term that is just $e^{i\omega t}$
