Fix zulipbot unassign operation. #228
Description
While working on zulip/zulip#19905
Timeline:
- Someone claimed the issue on Oct 23 2021
- Later the user was unassigned.
- I claimed the issue on Jan 9 2023
- I was unassigned after 14 days.
Now, instead of posting a new comment, the zulip bot updated the earlier comment.
Which is not correct, right?
Expected behaviour
A new comment should be posted instead of updating the previous one.
