- A new Projector class with tica-based projector, can be extended to vampnets etc. any method that can transform a high dimensional feature space to a reduced kinetically/mechanistically 'important' space.
- A new distance metric to use the tica components to drive the sampling.
- A new Projection resampler to resample using a particular tica-coordinate (more direct sampling, yet to be fully tested)
