Summary of Changes
I originally raised #254 to add the Community Health files. I noticed that in Issue #73 (by @ssz2605 & @Aditya30ag) already covers most of standard files (CoC, Contributing, Security), but it was missing the Contact Information.
This PR simply adds that missing contact info to complete the documentation.
