Life's been keeping me too busy and I'm just now checking back in. @mashb1t, I'm not sure how compatible this PR is with the native fooocus dockerfile is. I was just trying to follow the same pattern as the other available services in this repository, where the docker image itself pulls down the latest source rather than using a pre-built docker image.

I'm trying to give this a bit of a boost.
I have forked a repo at simonmcnair/stable-diffusion-webui-docker

I've cherry picked PR's from others (thank you) and have created one that should have an up to date Auto, added forge, added foocus, updated auto, and done a bit of a tidy up.

Feel free to test it anyone
