I have added functionality of gripper being controlled by JointTrajectoryController.

Also for newer numpy versions (mine is Version: 2.0.2) and trimesh (Version: 4.7.0) there were some issues while adding objects in planning scene was causing some issues. So made changes in pymoveit2/pymoveit2/moveit2.py file as well
