fix(php): autocomplete not working with blink + nvim-ts-autotag

📑 Description

Disable nvim-ts-autotag for PHP files when using blink.cmp.

This currently prevent auto complete in any PHP file more info here: saghen/blink.cmp#2234 (comment)
