fixing mutex name from constant to dynamic guid

Add

protected EngineBase(string ffMpegPath)
{
 var lockName = $"{LockName}-{Guid.NewGuid()}";

Because there is an issue when mutex name is static and mediatoolkit nuget installed on more than one app which running on the same server then mutex can't be created with the same name
