This update adds support for Azure Virtual Desktop commands, Azure File Shares listing, and enhanced App Configuration capabilities. It includes parameter name simplifications across 25+ parameters in 12+ Azure service areas, removing unnecessary "-name" suffixes (e.g., --account-name → --account). It also fixes blob batch tier handling issues and adds Cosmos DB caching improvements.
