Deleted LTW test, Fixes AB#3369362

• Delete LTW test TestCase2572249.java which tests the preference order of active broker and then uninstalls the inactive one to see if SSO is preserved. No longer needed because we do test the preference order in other tests and SSO as well in those tests. We do not have to test by uninstalling the inactive one as it is a given that SSO will be preserved.
