This tool is not needed anywhere. Thus, there is no need to provide it as default.
The package is currently broken due to a wrong hash sum. Because it is currently unused, just drop it.

😞 We updated it internally to 6.8 long time ago. While upstreaming I updated the update again but missed the hash sum. And since However, I'd like to keep it since this package is required by various packages when building from dev-sources... |

@rhubert @sixtyfourktec Apparently, #297 broke the package due to a wrong hash sum. I only found one user (devel::gdb) which apparently doesn't even need it. So instead of fixing the package, I'd rather drop it. Any objections?
