Deleted as part of refactor, for sections add BuilderIOContent in native page layout passing model name and compulsory button event handling.
BuilderPageIO is needed to support navigation for pages internally in the SDK/

Builder SDK supports page navigation. Add custom schemes in the BuilderIOManager which is processed to perform internal navigation.
For Sections the user will have to register the environment object and handle navigation by adding the section within a Navigation stack.
