The titles and descriptions of notebook_metadata.yml fell out of sync with the landing pages. This syncs them back up.

It won't be necessary to do this after #233.

This just proves my earlier point that things go out of sync really fast, so we need to have one file that controls the "ground truth".

That being said, I would not be surprised if the short titles are also got out of sync for the TOC vs the metadata file.

notebook_metadata.yml will be the "ground truth" and the single source for this info once #233 is completed. That's what I meant by "It won't be necessary to do this after #233." Jaladh will do that after he wraps up some other work.
