Describe the bug
When setting up an unload everything zone, you can specify what amount of items is too much to unload. This is supposed to help with those instances were you have tons of items in a container, and want to keep them inside for easier moving. it shouldn't add 20 to the number you specify.

Steps to reproduce
- set a zone 'loot: unload everything
- go through options and select yes to 'avoid unloading item greater than...'. What is maximum stack size? 1. 'Always unload?' no.
- put a garbage bag of 21 and another with 22 seeds in the zone.
- open up zone actions and select unload everything
- notice that the 21 seeds are now unloaded, the bag of 22 untouched.
- shouldnt happen, dont profit, dont collect $200
Alternatively, i can just set the zone to '-18' when it asks you for stack size, and it works as intended, only unloading if there is 1 item.
Expected behavior
I expect this stack of 21 seeds not to be unloaded when i specified that only stacks of items containing '1' item should be unloaded.
