• raised penetration to 25mm, which is more or less how much 1.5kg of TNT should penetrate, at least according to tests performed on RPG-40, RPG-41 and some others. (This is an incorrect "HEAT" penetration that depends on impact angle, but ideally it should not since its a simple HE)
• reduced throw speed to 600 to make it lower than RPG-43. It is still pretty safe to throw if you simply walk backwards after throwing; it should arguably be even lower than that.
