Motivation
Long tasks triggered during user interactions (clicks) were not being properly associated with their parent actions. The E2E test "associate a long tasks to its action" was failing because actions showed long_task.count: 0 instead of the expected 1.
Changes
Apply a 1 ms correction to the long task start time so it comes after action.startTime.
